Need a quick healthy breakfast and/or snack?

Step 1:  Buy these items (brand names not important)

10 Whole wheat tortillas

1 can nonfat refried beans

1 package low fat shredded cheese

1 package premade fresh pico de gallo

Freezer bags

Step 2: Divide everything up.

Step 3:  Roll and freeze.

Step 4:  2 minutes in the microwave and the taco is ready!
